When Neworld approached us with the opportunity to do the drinks photography for, Counting Pigs, we were straightaway excited. From the outset, we recognized that the drystone wall would pose the biggest challenge. We found ourselves debating whether we should construct a drystone wall in the studio or opt to shoot the concept in an outdoor setting, which would present its own set of difficulties.

Ultimately, we decided to take photos of existing drystone walls around the area and have them printed. By capturing the images of the drystone walls ourselves, we were able to retain control over the lighting, ensuring that everything would blend with the drink in the foreground.

This approach allowed us to concentrate solely on the photography of the bottle and the drinks.
